The Arts UpDates are training sessions for current volunteers at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center. Arts UpDates skip the orientation portion of training and go straight to emergency procedures and customer service skills.
We at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center are eager to provide volunteers adequate training for the many situations that may arise during shows and at other events at the State Theatre. Our volunteer training sessions are a 45 minute event in which you, as a volunteer at the State Theatre, will learn customer service skills, the inner workings of the State Theatre, and emergency procedures so that you have the tools for any situation that may arise here at the State. All volunteer trainings sessions will be held at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center, 316 Eau Claire Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701
All volunteers must attend volunteer training once per calendar year. You will find these training sessions enjoyable, as you spend time with other volunteers and staff at the Arts Center.
