ECRAC Volunteer Training
We at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center are eager to provide volunteers with adequate training for the many situations that may arise during shows and at other events at the State Theatre. Our volunteer training sessions are a 45 minute event in which volunteers at the State Theatre will learn customer service skills, the inner workings of the State Theatre, and emergency procedures so that you have the tools for any situation that may arise here at the State. All volunteer trainings sessions will be held at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center, 316 Eau Claire Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701
New volunteers are required to attend one training session before they volunteer for events at the State Theatre. All volunteers must attend one training session per calandar year. You will find these training sessions enjoyable, as you spend time with other volunteers and staff at the Arts Center.
