Meet Our Staff
Ben Richgruber
Executive Director
Ben holds a Comprehensive Theatre Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. He has honed his entertainment skills by teaching at the Disney Institute and performing with numerous improvisational comedy groups, including Eau Claire's very own BareBones Ensemble Theatre. His business experience includes managing two hotels in the Madison, WI market and has assisted in the opening, renovation, and acquisition of five other hotel properties. His position at the Arts Center allows both sides of his brain to finally co-exist in peace.

Tim Menebroeker
Facility & Technical Director
Tim holds a BFA in Technical Theatre from the University of Wisconsin in Superior. He began at the Arts Center in 1999 and his duties include technical direction, constituent relations, and facility management. In his spare time Tim volunteers with the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild.

Meredith Pirazzini
Office Coordinator
Meredith holds a BA form St Olaf with a double major in German and English. Her experience in customer service, sales, and reservations along with her meticulous attention to detail make her a great fit for the role of office coordinator. In her spare time Meredith has danced with St Olaf's Dance Company and is currently a member of the Master Singers.

David Brock
Gallery Coordinator
David hails from Colorado and earned a BA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Northern Colorado. He has lived and worked as an English teacher in Japan, worked throughout the West and Midwest in the National Park System, and has studied art while residing in Florence, Italy. Upon receiving his MFA in 2D Studies from Bowling Green State University, OH, he began his life as a practicing visual artist. Currently, David teaches in the art department at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and has taught at the University of Wisconsin - Stout. As Gallery Coordinator to the newly-christened Janet Carson Gallery, David's gallery responsibilities include overseeing the Visual Art Committee, coordinating regional and national artists, and advocating for support and appreciation of the arts in the Chippewa Valley.

Rose Dolan-Neill
Volunteer Coordinator
Rose Dolan-Neill grew up on the North Side of Eau Claire. After attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for Theatre Arts, Rose graduated from the Gregory Ables Training Ensemble for theatre performance in New York. Rose has enjoyed a busy artistic lifestyle from performing in events on the State Theatre's stage to producing and performing in plays with the BareBones Ensemble Theatre, of which, her husband Josh and she are founding members. Rose holds an Associates Degree in Administrative Assistance and takes pleasure in working closely with the volunteers of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center. As Volunteer Coordinator, Rose has many tasks at the Art's Center including training volunteers, staffing events and providing skilled volunteers to meet the needs of ECRAC staff in the office.

The staff also includes part-time House Managers, tech staff, and temp labor.
Student interns are part of the extended family of people who make the Arts Center and State Theatre possible. We delight in taking students on board giving, them training and hands-on experience. We benefit from the time, energy, and ideas they contribute to our organization. Interns help market our events, improve our facility, and provide customer service to patrons.
