The State Theatre Announces Four New Concerts:

The Eau Claire Regional Arts Council, Inc. and Alternative Concert Group (ACG) are proud to announce four new concerts at the State Theatre.

Phil Vassar - November 8, 7:30pm

Tickets for Phil Vassar will go on sale to ECRAC members September 4 and to the general public on September 6, both at 10am.

The singer/songwriter has hit the Top 5 seven times with songs like "Carlene," "Last Day of My Life," "In A Real Love" and the perennial favorite "Just Another Day in Paradise." Known as one of Nashville's top tunesmiths, his songs other artists have taken to #1 include "My Next Thirty Years" by Tim McGraw, "She's Right On The Money" by Alan Jackson, and Jo Dee Messina's "Bye, Bye" and "I'm Alright."

Rick Springfield - December 3, 7:30pm

Tickets for Rick Springfield will go on sale to ECRAC members September 4 and to the general public on September 9 , both at 10am.

For all of his accomplishments as an actor, best-selling author and documentary subject, Rick Springfield has always insisted his first love is music. With 25 million albums sold, 17 top-40 hits, including "Don't Talk to Strangers," and "An Affair of the Heart," as well as a 1981 Grammy® for Best Male Rock Vocal win for his No. 1 hit single "Jessie's Girl," Springfield still has more to say with his latest album, Songs for the End of the World.

Eddie Money - December 14, 7:30pm

Tickets for Eddie Money will go on sale to ECRAC members September 4 and to the general public on September 9, both at 10am.

Money burst onto the music scene with his eponymous debut album in 1977. Fans immediately fell in love with Money's sound, and the album, which went double platinum, featured hits like "Baby Hold On" and "Two Tickets to Paradise."

George Winston - December 20, 7:30pm

Tickets for George will go on sale to ECRAC members September 4 and to the general public on September 6, both at 10am.

This solo piano concert will feature selections from George's melodic piano recordings, as well as R&B piano, stride piano, Vince Guaraldi's Peanuts© pieces, and more. George will also play some Hawaiian Slack Key guitar.
