How do I purchase tickets?
The easiest way to purchase tickets is online at www.eauclairearts.com. You may also call the box office at 715-832-2787, or visit during regular office hours (9-4:30M-F, 9-7 Th). We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance.
Why should I buy tickets in advance?
Buying tickets in advance gives you the flexibility to choose the best seats available. Tickets sold at the box office on the day of an event are assigned on a "Best Available" basis, meaning you may not be able to choose your seat. Many programs sell out.
Where is "Will Call" located?
The "Will Call" window is at the box office in the State Theatre Lobby. You should arrive 30 minutes prior to the show to avoid long lines. Please bring a valid photo ID.
Is it wrong to purchase tickets through a "ticket scalper" or "ticket broker"?
The Eau Claire Regional Arts Center cautions against guests buying tickets from non-accredited ticket sources. Many guests that have purchased tickets from brokers or scalpers find themselves in possession of counterfeit tickets at inflated prices. This is especially true on sold out shows. A counterfeit ticket will not gain access to the concert event.
I already purchased my tickets, but they haven't arrived in the mail. What should I do?
Don't worry. Your tickets are probably still in the mail. If you have not received tickets by the day of the performance, simply visit to the box office. Tickets will be re-printed at no charge for Arts Center Members.
May I return or exchange my tickets for another performance?
For "ECRAC Main Stage" programming only, Arts Center members may exchange tickets. There are no other exchanges of tickets. However, you may return your tickets as a donation to the Arts Center and receive a tax deduction for the price of the tickets. Tickets must be received no later than 48 hours before the performance, and will be acknowledged by mail. For further questions or information, call the Box Office at 715-832-2787, 9am-4:30pm daily. For other constituent organizations, contact the specific organization presenting your event for its ticket exchange policy.
Does the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center have gift certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates are available in varying amounts and can be purchased online or by calling the box office at 715-832-2787.
How do I know if a concert has been canceled?
Look for postings of event cancellations in the NEWS & UPDATES section of our web site's home page. In addition, you may follow us on Facebook.com/StateTheatre or on Twitter (@StateTheatreGuy). Most performances at The State Theatre occur as scheduled, regardless of the weather.
What is the age range for youth and student-priced tickets?
Youth and student prices for most of our shows cover children up to 18 and students of all ages. All children, even babies and toddlers (if the parents desire their presence at a concert or performance) need a ticket for the performance. This is a Fire Marshall regulation.
Are there group discounts available for performances?
Many performances offer group discounts. Please call the Box Office at 715-832-2787 for more information.
What is a facility fee?
All transactions include a facility fee of $2.00 per ticket. This fee helps to maintain, preserve and upgrade the facilities managed by The Eau Claire Regional Arts Council, Inc.

Where can I stay while visiting the area?

Where is parking located and what time do lots open?
Abundant parking is available throughout downtown Eau Claire and is free after 6 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Please take advantage of the Civic Center parking ramp south of the State Theatre or other municipal lots, and refrain from parking in private lots that are posted.
Where can I make arrangements for my special medical needs?
To make special arrangements, please contact the Box Office at 715-832-2787 at least 24 hours prior to the event.
What concessions are available at ECRAC?
ECRAC offers Coke products, beer and wine at all events.
